Hi, I’m Jessica.

After more than two decades in ministry and my own seasons of grief and transition, I discovered how deeply the body, breath, and faith are connected. What I had been taught spiritually didn’t always address what I was carrying emotionally and physically.

Breathwork and gentle nervous system practices have become a bridge, helping me reconnect with God, process loss, and rediscover peace from the inside out.

Now, I find deep purpose guiding women through that same journey of healing, awareness, and renewal.

FAQ

What is Faith-led breathwork?
Faith-led breathwork combines neuroscience-based breathing techniques with prayer and Scripture to calm the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect your spirit with God. Every session is grounded in prayer, Scripture, and the belief that true healing comes from the Spirit of God — the breath of life.

Do I need experience to start?
Not at all. Breathwork meets you exactly where you are — this is about grace, not performance.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. This work beautifully complements therapy by helping you regulate your emotions in real time and invite God into your healing process.
What if I feel anxious or emotional during breathwork?
That’s okay. Emotions are welcome here and part of the healing process. You’ll always be guided with compassion and care. You will also have the freedom to move at your own pace and choose what feels safe for you.
How long until I see results?
Many women feel a shift after the first session. Deeper change unfolds over time as your body learns to trust peace again.
